Taglus Titanium Blanks

It is an alpha-beta alloy with superior physical and mechanical properties rendering it as the metal of choice for dental use. The wide spectrum of properties ensures comfortable and long term use without distortion or side effects. A biocompatible , light, pure grade 5 titanium blanks are extremely machine and bur-friendly. This product is best suited for the manufacturing of bridges , complex structures on implants over dentures and implant abutments. Taglus Titanium™ Blanks are made of titanium alloys specifically Grade 5 ELI adhering to ASTM F 136 standards, with a micro structure made of primary alpha in a transformed beta matrix with no alpha grain boundaries. Taglus titanium Blanks offer outstanding machinability and easy to mill. Taglus Titanium Blanks are compatible with most CAD/CAM milling machines. They are an ideal  choice for production of superstructures, bars, abutments and partial dentures. They bond well with Ceramics. Excellent biocompatibility means that the material is well tolerated by oral tissues. It is also nickel & beryllium free eliminating allergic reactions. Highly corrosion resistant and unaffected by oral fluids makes it suited for use in the oral environment. It has low thermal conductivity , low density , light weight and ideal for extensive frameworks. Allows for conventional cementation making final placement easy and simple.
