THC2 UV Curing System: Tera Harz Cure is made using high UV Energy and Irradiance to achieve rapid curing time. This process results in maximized mechanical property expression such as flexural and tensile strength with aesthetically looking natural teeth shading. For perfect photopolymerization to achieve ideal chemical reaction the UV power can be adjusted between Lv1 and Lv5 as well as curing time. High power UV LEDs are located with placed in an optimized arrangement both on top and on the sides. Nitrogen curing is always an option. With the Nitrogen Generator, Graphy materials will reach their best possible mechanical properties, colour, prevention of water absorption etc.
