Fixed cuspid pad allows for distal movement of cuspid along alveolar ridge without tipping. Indications include Class I Crowding, Class II Div 1. Class II Div 2, Class II Open Bite, Class II Deep Bite Class II Blocked Out Upper Cuspids, Class II Subdivision Left or Right (Unilateral).
